Muscadet from Loire Valley

Muscadet is a white wine from Nantes , the Atlantic facing town of Loire Valley. 

The wine ia clear, fine and filtered. It is a straw color with green highlights. The viscosity is medium low, indicating a low alcohol content 11.5%. On the nose notes of pears, delicious apple, high minerality content, salty feeling. The nose doesnt show any use of oak. The palate confirms the nose with high acidity , very delicate wine , low body, very low finish. A wine bery simple to be paired with raw shelfish.
